The growing trend of International PR agencies making inroads in India, has seen another chapter with global communications consultancy Hill & Knowlton expanding its operations into India by taking over the management responsibilities of IPAN from JWT. The entity is re-branded as IPAN Hill & Knowlton.
Since both JWT and Hill & Knowlton are part of WPP, all existing management and staff at IPAN will continue in their present roles. Radhika Shapoorjee, president, IPAN will report to Hill & Knowlton Asia Pacific President & Chief Operating Officer Vivian Lines.
IPAN Hill & Knowlton would now be a part of Hindustan Thompson Associates, which has other brands like JWT India, IMRB, Contract Advertising, and Fortune, among others.
